1. Introduction
By using PulseLine Courier’s services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all deliveries, business packages, and interactions with our company.
2. Services
We provide same‑day, next‑day, on‑demand, and business package deliveries.
Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, parcel size, and weight.
Weekend and public holiday services are available under specific packages.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in our official Services & Pricing chart.
All surcharges for oversized, overweight, or long‑distance parcels will be communicated upfront.
Payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Restricted Items
PulseLine Courier does not transport:
Cash, jewelry, or precious metals
Hazardous, flammable, or illegal goods
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Live animals or plants
Fragile items without protective packaging
Perishable food without cold‑chain arrangements
5. Liability
We take all reasonable steps to ensure safe delivery.
PulseLine Courier is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, strikes).
Liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the declared value, subject to investigation.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
Refunds are processed only if services were not rendered due to our fault.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.
