How do you calculate the delivery cost?
Our pricing is based on a base rate for the first 10km. For any distance beyond that, we charge a transparent rate of R9,35 per kilometer.
What areas do you cover?
We specialize in Gauteng townships (Heidelberg, Nigel, Balfour and Devon) as well as surrounding suburban hubs. If you're in Gauteng, we’ve got your pulse!
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver from Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 17:00. Let us know if you have special timing requests!
What happens if my package is damaged?
We take pride in our "Pulse" on safety, but for your peace of mind, every delivery is covered by our Goods in Transit Insurance. If we move it, we protect it.
Is it same-day delivery?
Yes. We offer same-day delivery as standard for all bookings. Just make sure to book early enough in the day.
